The user is hereby informed that personal data collected via the contact forms and applications for employment are processed automatically by Banque Espírito Santo et de la Vénétie.  The information collected is forwarded to the relevant staff and departments – Communication and Human Resources – of BESV, these being responsible for relations with Web users.

Some data fields are mandatory.  Please note that any information entered incorrectly are not forwarded to BESV.

You are entitled to access your personal information and, if needed, rectify them, by writing to BESV.  These entitlements are set under French legislation on freedom of information and information systems/technology (“Informatique et Libertés”) passed on January 6, 1978 (Law No. 78-17, Articles 38-42), covering IS/IT, files and freedom.
