We have set four key priorities: to adapt our strategy to our environment, to develop joint initiatives working in cooperation with our shareholders, to bring new members and energy to our teams as part of a medium-term perspective, and to secure our development through greater diversification of our business and stricter risk management. This development plan will obviously serve the interests of our customers by strengthening the skills and competence of our organisation, having teams with proper know-how and efficiency, a responsive organisational model plus the international scope which comes from belonging to the Espírito Santo Group. »
